About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st-level IT support for users via telephone, email, or digital communication
- Perform systematic error analysis and implement solutions via remote access
- Manage and process tickets independently within the IT Service Management system
- Document solutions and maintain the internal knowledge base
- Proactively communicate with users regarding the status of their requests
- Qualify and escalate complex issues to specialized internal teams or external service providers
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in Applied Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
- Interest in and knowledge of Client and Windows Server administration
- Knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization, Citrix, or software distribution
- Strong communication skills and a helpful, service-oriented attitude
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good written and spoken German skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in IT service or support roles
