About the role
Responsibilities
- Support routine tasks in process development, specifically regarding PCB metallization
- Assist in the planning and preparation of experimental series
- Perform chemical preparations, analyze process baths, and conduct experiments
- Evaluate test results using methods such as section preparation and microscopy
- Manage chemical inventory, including monitoring stock and reordering
- Support equipment management through maintenance, calibration, and service coordination
- Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) guidelines and maintain laboratory cleanliness
Requirements
- Ongoing studies in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable field
- Strong technical and chemical understanding
- Analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- High level of diligence, reliability, and responsibility
- Willingness to learn complex technical topics
