Werkstudent - Finance - Accounting

Responsibilities

• Support various accounting and controlling tasks, including data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting
• Prepare and optimize financial and process data
• Assist in the compliance area by obtaining, checking, and tracking relevant documents and evidence from various departments in an international environment
• Contribute to the standardization and automation of evaluations and processes, particularly using Excel
• Communicate results, deviations, problems, and solutions to relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in Business Administration (BWL), Economics, Finance/Accounting, Controlling, Business Informatics, or a similar field
• Initial experience or exposure to accounting or controlling is an advantage
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially advanced Excel knowledge (complex formulas)
• Basic knowledge of VBA
• High IT affinity and proficiency with digital tools (experience with AI tools or SAP is a plus)
• Structured and diligent way of working with strong communication skills
• Proficiency in German (at least B2 level) and English (at least B2 level)
