Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and continuously develop processes within the Fleet Management department
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and develop data-driven solutions
• Prepare and present analysis results through reports and visualizations for various stakeholders
• Ensure data quality through validation, cleansing, and structured preparation during ERP transitions
• Maintain, structure, and harmonize master data to support migration into new system landscapes
• Identify optimization potential by participating in administrative processes to develop practical digital solutions

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Transformation, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a similar field
• Basic knowledge of process modeling, documentation, and data processing
• Proficiency in Office 365
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work 20 hours per week on-site in Oelde
• Analytical mindset with a structured way of working and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous practical experience, such as through an internship
• Initial experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, specifically Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
