Werkstudent - Data Science mit Schwerpunkt Bildverarbeitung

Responsibilities

• Support experienced Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers in developing deep learning algorithms for computer vision and industrial image processing
• Evaluate and compare different methods, such as neural networks and classical image processing, to detect and classify defects in manufactured products
• Contribute to the integration of software solutions into existing manufacturing value streams

Requirements

• Enrolled student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
• Advanced programming skills in Python
• Practical experience with Computer Vision tools, such as OpenCV
• Strong interest in automation and deep learning
• Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Highly motivated, independent working style, and ability to work in a team
