Werkstudent Corporate Operations Controlling

Responsibilities

• Support important reporting and planning processes regarding production-related KPIs
• Create internal reports and analyses to drive impact within production
• Further develop existing reporting structures and tools, such as dashboards and metrics, in collaboration with the team
• Document and analyze processes and tools to identify smart optimization solutions
• Collaborate within an international team and a network of local specialists to achieve common goals

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Economics, Business Administration, or Business Informatics
• Initial insights into controlling (especially production controlling) or planning & reporting is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Power BI or Power Query is preferred
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Structured way of working
• Availability for 15 - 20 hours per week on-site in Oelde
