About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Business Outsourcing Germany team in daily operations and administration processes
- Maintain and update pensioner data within the SAP accounting system
- Process incoming correspondence, including physical mail, emails, and portal inquiries
- Provide administrative and organizational support for internal and external communications
- Create and maintain documents using Word, Excel, and proprietary company applications
- Execute research on specialized technical topics
- Generate internal and client-oriented reports, such as life certificate lists for insurers and social security providers
- Participate in ongoing projects and handle special customer-related tasks in pension administration
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in Economics, Natural Sciences, or Humanities
- Strong numerical proficiency and enjoyment of working with data
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to complex subject matter
- Structured and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- High level of teamwork, communication skills, and quality awareness
