Responsibilities

• Perform independent non-destructive testing (NDT) using VT, RT, UT, MT, and PT methods on thick-walled castings, welds, and forgings
• Conduct acceptance tests at supplier sites, occasionally in the presence of customers
• Execute non-destructive testing at the local site or at power plants, for example, during maintenance revisions
• Create inspection reports and discuss findings with customers when necessary

Requirements

• ISO 9712 Level II qualification in the specified NDT testing methods
• Professional experience in inspecting welds and castings
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP/R3
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and a willingness to travel for occasional national and international assignments
