About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and clean outdoor areas as well as logistics and production areas
- Ensure high cleanliness standards are met at all times
- Identify damages or contamination in the production facility and clean them after approval
- Operate and maintain modern cleaning equipment
- Perform winter services (snow and ice removal) on the company premises
Requirements
- Strong eye for order and cleanliness
- Ideally initial experience in cleaning (preferably in production facilities); career changers are welcome
- German language skills at a basic level (A2 or higher)
- Flexibility for shift work, including weekends by arrangement
