Werkschutzmitarbeiter (m/w/d) Tordienst

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with security regulations within the Marl chemical park
• Conduct regular security patrols and inspections
• Identify and analyze potential security risks
• Document security incidents and prepare detailed reports
• Support the implementation of security training and exercises

Requirements

• Completed Sachkundeprüfung according to § 34a GewO, or completed training as a Servicekraft für Schutz und Sicherheit or Fachkraft für Schutz und Sicherheit
• Experience in plant security is an advantage
• Knowledge of relevant security regulations and standards
• Valid Class B driving license
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Excellent observation and communication skills
• Availability for shift work (early/late shifts)
