Werkpolier Spundwand/Bodenmischtechnik

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage employees and subcontractors on-site
• Organize construction workflows and manage working time documentation
• Prepare and execute construction sites in a goal-oriented and project-compliant manner
• Plan and procure materials and equipment, including managing their deployment
• Monitor quality and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• Handle the creation of measurement reports (Aufmaßerstellung)

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical/industrial field (specialized foundation engineering, civil engineering, or similar)
• Certified Werkpolier qualification (or equivalent professional experience for career changers)
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Willingness to travel to various construction sites throughout Germany
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
