Responsibilities

• Provide guests with fast, friendly, and clean service
• Manage and prepare food safely while ensuring top-notch product quality
• Operate cash registers and complete accurate sales transactions
• Maintain inventory and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant
• Follow all Wendy's processes and policies

Requirements

• Incredible guest service skills and a guest-focused attitude
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Proficiency using computers, telephones, and other necessary equipment
• Ability to maintain accurate sales transactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar restaurant or service position
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
