About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide guests with fast, friendly, and clean service
- Manage and prepare food safely while ensuring top-notch product quality
- Operate cash registers and complete accurate sales transactions
- Maintain inventory and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant
- Follow all Wendy's processes and policies
Requirements
- Incredible guest service skills and a guest-focused attitude
- Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Proficiency using computers, telephones, and other necessary equipment
- Ability to maintain accurate sales transactions
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar restaurant or service position
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
