Wellwork Operations First Line - Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage contractor crews during well servicing operations
• Oversee well maintenance, new well completions, and abandonment activities
• Ensure high standards of safety leadership and operational excellence on-site
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships within the team and with contractors

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid class 5 driver's license with a safe driving record
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage effective crews
• Commitment to superior safety leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical diploma or degree in engineering or a related oil and gas discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in well servicing operations
• Prior experience as a Well Site Supervisor or Rig Manager
• Experience with service rig operations, coil tubing, well stimulations, or wire line operations
• Demonstrated knowledge in well kill and well control strategies
• Proficiency with WellView software
