Wellness Regulatory Lead

Responsibilities

• Execute global regulatory strategies for wellness categories, including Multivitamins & Minerals and Digestive Health
• Partner with R&D and Commercial teams to translate scientific innovation into approved claims, formulations, and launch pathways
• Embed regulatory considerations early in the innovation lifecycle to improve predictability and efficiency
• Provide subject matter expertise to anticipate regulatory challenges, mitigate risks, and unblock projects
• Balance speed to market with compliance and quality to ensure robust regulatory decision-making
• Guide teams on evolving regulatory requirements across global markets
• Support regulatory engagement activities, including the development of position papers and advocacy initiatives
• Maintain high standards of compliance, documentation, and data integrity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Regulatory Affairs, or a related discipline
• Significant experience in regulatory affairs within FMCG, consumer healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries
• Expertise in global regulatory frameworks for dietary supplements, vitamins, minerals, and digestive health products
• Proven track record of executing regulatory strategies for global product launches and innovation pipelines
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams within matrix organizations
• Strong knowledge of claims substantiation, labeling requirements, and product registration processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in a relevant scientific or regulatory field
• Experience in regulatory advocacy, external engagement, and influencing industry positions
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
