Wellness & Recovery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist and educate members on Refresh & Recovery services including Cryotherapy, Infrared Therapy, Hydro Massage, Normatech, and Theraguns
• Enforce safety protocols and membership compliance for amenity access
• Monitor saunas, recovery rooms, and pool areas for cleanliness, temperature, and functionality
• Identify and report equipment or technical issues to the Operations Manager
• Conduct daily audits of equipment functionality and cleanliness during shift walks
• Maintain organization by ensuring equipment is returned to appropriate areas
• Support front desk staff as needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and engage with members in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Willingness to learn Refresh & Recovery services
• Passion for health and wellness
• Customer service experience preferred
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
• Must pass background check
