Wellness & Recovery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist and educate members on Refresh & Recovery services including cryotherapy, infrared therapy, hydro massage, Normatech, and Theraguns
• Enforce safety protocols and verify membership levels for amenity access
• Monitor saunas and recovery rooms to maintain cleanliness, stocked towels, appropriate lighting, and comfortable music levels
• Identify equipment or technical issues for EGYM and Tank amenities and report to the Operations Manager
• Conduct daily audits of equipment functionality, cleanliness, and organization during shift walks
• Audit pool and sauna temperatures, functionality, and cleanliness during shifts
• Ensure equipment is returned to appropriate areas and support front desk staff as needed

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and engage with members in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Passion for health and wellness
• Customer service experience preferred
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
• Must successfully pass background check
