Wellness & Recovery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist and educate members on Refresh & Recovery services including Cryotherapy, Infrared Therapy, Hydro Massage, Normatech, and Theraguns
• Follow and lead safety protocols to prioritize health and safety of team members and members
• Enforce membership compliance by ensuring correct membership levels for amenity access
• Monitor saunas, recovery rooms, and pool areas to maintain cleanliness, stocked towels, and appropriate environment
• Identify equipment or technical issues for EGYM and Tank amenities and communicate to Operations Manager
• Conduct daily audits of equipment functionality and cleanliness during shift walks
• Maintain organization by ensuring equipment is returned to appropriate areas after use
• Support front desk staff as needed to ensure smooth operations and member satisfaction

Requirements

• Ability to multitask while engaging with members in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to convey issues and operational needs to management
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Passionate about health and wellness
• Customer service experience preferred
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
• Must successfully pass background check
