Wellness & Recovery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist and educate members on Refresh & Recovery services including Cryotherapy, Infrared Therapy, Hydro Massage, Normatec, and Theraguns
• Follow and lead safety protocols to prioritize health and safety of team members and members
• Enforce membership compliance for amenity access
• Monitor saunas and recovery rooms to ensure quality experience, cleanliness, stocked towels, appropriate lighting, and comfortable music levels
• Identify equipment or technical issues for EGYM and Tank amenities and communicate concerns to the Operations Manager
• Ensure all equipment is functional, clean, and equally accessible to members
• Conduct daily audits of equipment functionality and cleanliness during shift walks
• Regularly audit pool and sauna temperatures, functionality, and cleanliness, reporting any issues
• Maintain overall organization by ensuring equipment is returned to appropriate areas after use
• Support front desk staff as needed to ensure smooth operations and member satisfaction

Requirements

• Ability to multitask while effectively engaging with members in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey issues and operational needs to management
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Willingness to learn Refresh & Recovery services
• Passionate about health and wellness
• Customer service experience preferred
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
• Must successfully pass background check
