Wellness & Recovery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist and educate members on Refresh & Recovery services including cryotherapy, infrared therapy, hydro massage, Normatec, Theraguns, and other offerings
• Enforce safety protocols and verify membership compliance for amenity access
• Monitor saunas, recovery rooms, and pool areas to ensure cleanliness, appropriate temperatures, and functionality
• Identify equipment or technical issues and communicate concerns to the Operations Manager
• Conduct daily audits of equipment functionality and cleanliness during shift walks
• Support front desk staff as needed to ensure smooth operations and member satisfaction

Requirements

• Ability to multitask while effectively engaging with members in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey issues and operational needs to management
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Willingness and ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
• Must successfully pass a background check
