Wellness Partner

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care needs and daily activities
• Encourage resident-led decision making in eating, resting, movement, communication, and activities
• Promote resident independence and skill maintenance
• Observe, document, and communicate health conditions accurately
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Work rostered shifts including weekends and nights

Requirements

• NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification, or at least one year of relevant experience (Level 1-3)
• NZQF Level 4 qualification, or at least three years of relevant experience (Level 4)
• Evidence of English test if from overseas
• Good customer service, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Honesty, integrity, high energy, physical fitness, and enthusiasm
