Wellness Partner

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care needs including eating, resting, movement, and communication
• Encourage resident-led decision making and maintain residents' independence and skills
• Observe, document, and communicate health conditions accurately
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

• NZQF Level 4 qualification or at least three years' relevant experience
• Enjoyment working with older people and commitment to high standards of care
• Availability to work rostered shifts including weekends and nights
• Strong teamwork, organisation, and problem-solving skills
