Wellness Nurse

Responsibilities

• Serve as Charge Nurse in the absence of the Executive Director and Director of Health & Wellness
• Manage medication administration, storage, documentation, and orders
• Implement plans of care and change in condition plans
• Provide accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records
• Ensure resident rooms and common areas are clean and safe
• Manage emergency situations including disasters and fires
• Supervise care partners and medication assistants to ensure effective service delivery

Requirements

• Licensed Vocational Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse license
• Two years of experience in a senior living environment preferred
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
