Wellness Mentor Teacher

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integral student experiences to support holistic development.
• Monitor academic performance and student competencies through dedicated mentorship and development classes.
• Act as a primary communication bridge between students, parents, teachers, and the institution.
• Detect and manage academic or emotional alerts, ensuring proper referral and intervention.
• Maintain detailed logs of student progress and competency development in institutional systems.
• Implement and supervise the execution of the academic program for assigned grade levels.
• Provide crisis management and support for sensitive student cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Licenciatura en Psicología).
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, specifically in student mentorship or holistic formation.
• Proven experience in crisis management and handling sensitive cases.
• English proficiency at a B2 level.
• Experience working within high school (media superior) or higher education institutions.
