Wellness Mentor Professor

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integral student experiences to support holistic development.
• Monitor academic performance and student competencies through dedicated mentorship and development classes.
• Act as a communication bridge between students, parents, teachers, and the institution.
• Detect and manage academic or emotional alerts, ensuring proper referral and intervention.
• Maintain detailed logs of student progress and competency development in institutional systems.
• Implement and supervise the execution of academic programs designed for specific grade levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Licenciatura en Psicología).
• English proficiency level B2.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, specifically in student formation and student life.
• Proven experience in student mentorship, counseling, or therapy.
• Experience in crisis management and handling sensitive cases.
• Experience working within high school or higher education institutions.
