Wellness Integrator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the INSCOM Wellness Integrator to facilitate collaborative organizational wellness projects with Army leadership, Command Surgeons, and Chaplains.
• Coordinate, plan, and implement comprehensive DOD and Army health promotion initiatives focused on resilience, risk reduction, and suicide prevention.
• Advise leadership on policy and program solutions by working closely with program evaluation personnel.
• Analyze statistical data and narratives from across the command to prepare recurring reports regarding regulatory compliance.
• Provide subject matter expertise on DOD and Army policies related to primary prevention, population health, and leadership implementation doctrine.

Requirements

• Master's degree in health education, psychology, counseling, social work, public health, or a related field (or Bachelor's degree).
• 5+ years of experience in organizational or occupational health program development for Master's degree holders.
• 10+ years of experience in organizational or occupational health program development for Bachelor's degree holders.
• Proven experience in policy development, program administration, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups, including senior military and civilian leadership.
