About the role

Responsibilities

Delivering high-quality wellness classes, ranging from yoga and meditation to functional training and Pilates
Developing personalized wellness plans for guests based on their goals, preferences, and physical conditions
Providing professional advice and coaching to customers on fitness, nutrition, and mental wellbeing
Maintaining a safe and clean working environment that adheres to health and safety regulations
Demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning by keeping up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
Engaging with guests to build rapport and create a memorable, personalized experience

Requirements

Indonesian citizen
Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
Knowledge of current fitness trends and practices, as well as physical anatomy and physiology
Eloquent in English both written and spoken
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Certified wellness-related certification is an advantage
Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields
Bachelor's Degree is desirable
