Wellness & Guest Experience Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of wellness activities and guest experiences
• Coordinate and reconfirm scheduling with internal areas and external providers
• Ensure correct preparation of spaces, including ambiance, materials, and atmosphere
• Facilitate and accompany internal experiences such as flower tours and daily activities
• Lead external experiences including mountain biking and hiking
• Guide guests through activities using storytelling related to nature, culture, and wellness
• Monitor guest safety, pace, and comfort throughout the experience
• Adapt experiences based on the physical and emotional profile of the guest
• Prepare and send progress reports regarding participation, comments, and incidents
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (SST) guidelines

Requirements

• Technical degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in guest experience, wellness, or guest service roles
• Intermediate/advanced English (oral and written)
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of wellness concepts such as mindfulness, grounding, and holistic approaches
• Basic/intermediate ability for outdoor activities like trekking and cycling
• Knowledge of Andean culture
• First aid certification is desirable
• Strong storytelling, charisma, and warm presence
