Wellness Expert Marketing Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the Expert Marketing strategy and activation plans to drive business growth and market share.
• Engage top KOLs and HCPs to endorse brand value and strengthen medical authority.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs to renew medical stories and build distinctive brand propositions.
• Support brand marketing by translating complex medical benefits into consumer-friendly language.
• Drive digital transformation by building digital engagement platforms for HCPs.
• Explore new business opportunities within the broader medical market.
• Lead, coach, and build a high-performing Expert Marketing team.
• Manage communications and reviews with the global category team.

Requirements

• University degree in Biology, Medical, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of marketing experience within an MNC, Top 500 Pharma, or FMCG industry.
• 5+ years of experience in people management, including coaching and counseling.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialized degree in healthcare marketing.
• Advanced knowledge of digital communication tools and skills.
