Wellness Director

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the wellness vision for the property aligned with ultra-luxury standards
• Oversee efficient running and profitability of wellness facilities, including budget and KPI management
• Curate a unique wellness menu incorporating local ingredients and outdoor activities
• Ensure highest standards of facial and body treatments and expert skincare advice
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team
• Act as a brand ambassador to create personalized guest wellness journeys

Requirements

• Strategic leadership experience in luxury wellness or spa management
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive retail and treatment revenue
• Experience with Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) protocols
• Strong expertise in skincare and wellness programming
• Excellent guest relations and emotional intelligence
