Responsibilities

• Welcome clients according to Cures Marines standards
• Advise clients on treatments and personalize their experience to build loyalty
• Manage spa appointment bookings
• Handle all telephone calls and emails addressed to the Spa
• Maintain diligent follow-up of files and information
• Manage daily cash operations including payments and float
• Maintain complete mastery of treatment offers, brands, and spa software

Requirements

• Experience in reception, front desk, or customer relations
• Proficiency in IT/computer skills
• Fluency in French
• Professional level of English
• Strong sense of service, sales, and hospitality
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and school vacations

• Monthly salary of €1,867.06 gross for 35h plus sales commissions
