Well Pump Technician

Responsibilities

• Assist with well pump installation, service, and repair
• Support drilling crews with day-to-day job site operations
• Load, transport, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate company vehicles, tools, and machinery as trained
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company MVR standards
• Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs and remain physically active
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and terrain conditions
• Willingness to travel to various job sites within the service area
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction, drilling, mechanical, or a related field
• Interest in obtaining a CDL (company support may be available)
