About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide sand control, carbonate, and inflow control completion designs and well performance modeling for a global portfolio.
- Develop completion well designs and programs aligned with operational objectives and industry best practices.
- Support global teams in deepwater P&A planning, execution, and post-operations support.
- Perform downhole equipment reliability analysis to ensure sustained performance across the equipment life cycle.
- Provide technical support for injection wells, including monitoring performance and analyzing impairment causes.
- Collaborate with global asset teams, including Production, facilities, reservoir, and geoscience disciplines.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all engineering activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Electrical engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 7.5.
- 3-15 years of work experience in the upstream oil and gas industry.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating critical design and operating parameters through data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in offshore completion operations execution.
- Proficiency with industry software such as Prosper, NETool, Pack Pro, Well Cat, or OLGA.
- Knowledge of sand control and well stimulation techniques for carbonate reservoirs.
- Experience with well performance modeling to optimize production.
- Demonstrated ability to cooperate effectively in a team environment.
