Welding Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform metalwork tasks similar to locksmithing, including measuring according to technical documentation, cutting, and grinding metal.
• Work with aluminum with a high degree of precision.
• Operate various machines and equipment, such as band saws, forklifts (VZV), and cranes.
• Maintain high quality and attention to detail in a unique production process for high-voltage gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) components.
• Potential for future career advancement into NDT testing or specialized welding (TIG, friction welding).

Requirements

• Experience with manual labor.
• Technical thinking and a sense of responsibility.
• Minimum of vocational secondary education (SOU).
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation.
• Ability to work in a team and a strong desire to learn new procedures.
• Experience with forklifts or crane operation is an advantage.
