About the role
Responsibilities
- Load bar material from racks, weld, measure, and cut parts to length
- Operate CNC-controlled machines including presses, lasers, and rolling mills
- Utilize scanning equipment and inspect work visually for defects
- Provide cost-saving suggestions to improve productivity and eliminate waste
- Follow posted schedules and maintain a safety-first mindset
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a related production area
- Basic Microsoft knowledge
- Experience with forklifts, banders, nail guns, overhead cranes, and saws
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually
