Responsibilities

• Load parts for automated robotic weld cells to maintain production flow
• Ensure all ISO policies, procedures, and work instructions are strictly followed
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and achieving specific production objectives
• Identify and highlight operational concerns and opportunities for process improvement

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of safe equipment operation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of ISO Standards
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
