Welder

Responsibilities

• Set up jobs and operate automated robotic weld cells
• Ensure ISO policies, procedures, and work instructions are strictly followed
• Maintain a high focus on safety, quality, and achieving specific production objectives
• Identify and highlight operational concerns and opportunities for process improvement

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience with equipment operation and troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of ISO Standards
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
