Responsibilities
- Complete high-quality TIG and MIG welds using precision instruments
- Perform cutting, bending, drilling, tapping, and similar operations to fabricate intricate assemblies for cryogenic applications
- Read and understand technical drawings and supporting documentation
- Follow assembly procedures and sign off on required documentation
Requirements
- 1+ years of welding experience
- Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding, specifically aluminum vacuum leak-tight TIG welding
- Experience using mechanical assembly tools
- Experience operating bridge cranes and forklift trucks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and write to follow and document assembly procedures
