Welder

Responsibilities

• Weld components to specification using MIG and TIG aluminum techniques
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, weld symbols, and complex instructions
• Operate grinders, torches, and plasma cutters to finish parts
• Prep materials using a horizontal bandsaw and drill press
• Move materials safely and efficiently across the production floor
• Input production data accurately into the order system
• Inspect own work to catch and correct quality issues
• Communicate proactively with team leads to coordinate priorities

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with MIG and TIG aluminum welding
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and weld symbols
• Proficiency operating horizontal bandsaws, drill presses, torches, and plasma cutters
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. repeatedly across an 8–10 hour shift
• Strong mathematical skills including fractions, decimals, and percentages
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
