Welder

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks in hard-to-reach and awkward positions
• Prepare weld areas and set up related equipment correctly
• Weld fitted components using strategic patterns to minimize or avoid post-welding warping
• Adhere to all safety protocols in a safety-sensitive manufacturing environment

Requirements

• Prior non-code welding experience
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 10 hours per day
• Ability to work while wearing specialized welding PPE
• Legal authorization to work in the US on an unrestricted basis
• Ability to operate power tools and handle equipment safely

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
