Welder II

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate automatic and manual welding machines according to specifications
• Demonstrate proficiency in TIG welding tasks to meet quality and production standards
• Inspect and check dimensions using precision gauges and measuring instruments
• Read and interpret blueprints and specification sheets to guide production activities
• Perform cleaning operations and CNC equipment operation as required
• Complete production documentation, including labor transactions and quality reporting
• Adhere to all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Quality standards
• Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) processes to enhance efficiency

Requirements

• High School diploma (or equivalent, e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant welding experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience using precision gauges and measuring instruments
• Ability to work second shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM)
• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by immigration regulations)
