Welder I

Responsibilities

• Hand weld in multiple positions to create parts using semi-automatic MIG welders
• Utilize robotic welding technology to enhance production capabilities and efficiency
• Perform advanced welding techniques while adhering to safety, quality, and standard work protocols
• Use jib and overhead cranes to manually position parts and products
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-ventilated work zone
• Commit to reliable attendance and on-time performance

Requirements

• Welding certification or a minimum of 6 months of welding experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive work
• Ability to produce quality work at a sustained pace
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with MIG welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Flexibility to work overtime to support production demands
