Welder

Responsibilities

• Weld outlets onto steel pipe for the fire sprinkler industry
• Perform specialty welding tasks including spool pieces and flanges
• Inspect work for defects, dimensions, alignment, end preparations, and seam splits
• Maintain a clean and safe welding station in accordance with quality standards
• Report all equipment malfunctions, safety issues, and required repairs

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of welding experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to inspect work for defects and alignment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload
• Attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism
