Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Lead and motivate the front desk team to maintain high service standards
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor room availability and assist with reservations when needed
- Train new team members and support ongoing professional development
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front office role
- Experience in a supervisory capacity is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with the Opera system
- Problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail
- Ability to lead a team and handle guest interactions with confidence and empathy
