Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests from arrival to departure
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures using the hotel's IT system
• Verify guest guarantees and reservations
• Respond to guest requests and ensure follow-up to guarantee satisfaction
• Detect and anticipate guest needs to offer personalized responses
• Develop additional sales through upselling and cross-selling
• Participate in guest loyalty through the ALL program enrollment
• Collaborate closely with various hotel departments

Requirements

• Enrolled in a 3rd year Bachelor or Master's program
• Proficiency in English (a second language is a plus)
• Previous experience in luxury, hospitality, or catering
• Knowledge of a Property Management System (PMS)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and show initiative
• Organized, rigorous, flexible, and versatile
• Polished professional presentation
