About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a positive first impression of the resort through cleanliness, set-up, and ambiance control
  • Provide warm, personal, and detailed service in accordance with Forbes Travel Guide standards
  • Remember guest names and preferences to extend personalized service
  • Assist other rooms division departments during peak times
  • Apply hotel safety precautions and follow fire & life safety/emergency procedures
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene

Requirements

  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand primary workplace languages
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computational and computer skills
  • Ability to solve problems and make rational decisions
  • Knowledge of resort operations, services, and facilities
  • Ability to stand and maintain well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours
  • Physical ability to bend, stoop, squat, stretch, and lift up to 15 lbs
