About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive first impression of the resort through cleanliness, set-up, and ambiance control
- Provide warm, personal, and detailed service in accordance with Forbes Travel Guide standards
- Remember guest names and preferences to extend personalized service
- Assist other rooms division departments during peak times
- Apply hotel safety precautions and follow fire & life safety/emergency procedures
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene
Requirements
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand primary workplace languages
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computational and computer skills
- Ability to solve problems and make rational decisions
- Knowledge of resort operations, services, and facilities
- Ability to stand and maintain well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, squat, stretch, and lift up to 15 lbs
