Welcome Center Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly to create a positive first impression and build community connections
• Act as a brand ambassador for the Granite YMCA by promoting programs, services, and mission values
• Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries and problem-solving
• Process memberships, program registrations, and various financial transactions
• Sell memberships and programs and conduct cause-driven facility tours
• Communicate accurate information regarding facility usage, upcoming programs, and events

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers and basic software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in customer service and handling financial transactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Experience using SGA or similar membership management software
