Welcome Center Agent

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service for Specialty Marketing packages
• Manage guest check-ins, unit assignments, and room key issuance
• Collect deposits and taxes and issue parking permits
• Book attraction and dinner reservations, sell tickets, and upgrade guest packages
• Qualify guests for presentations and perform courtesy follow-up calls
• Maintain departmental reports and handle confidential information
• Order supplies and manage departmental paperwork as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 1-3 months of related experience and/or training
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds occasionally
