Responsibilities

• Support the Warehouse Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations
• Develop and mentor a team of Warehouse Supervisors
• Monitor and manage warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy and dispatch times
• Ensure efficient and accurate stock movement and order processing
• Support continuous improvement projects involving automation and technology
• Help onboard new clients and align teams with service requirements
• Create a positive, safe, and accountable working environment

Requirements

• Warehouse management experience in a fast-paced 3PL or eCommerce environment
• Strong people skills including coaching and performance management
• Experience working with WMS platforms and managing SLAs
• Proactive and structured approach to delivering results
