About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualised care plans to autistic people within their home environment
- Support individuals with daily activities, appointments, and personal care needs
- Assist service users in accessing and engaging with the local community
- Work collaboratively with a warm and friendly team to provide high-quality support
Requirements
- Must hold a valid manual driving licence
- Experience in residential care or personal care is preferred
- Ability to provide community support and assist with daily living tasks
