Weekend Support Worker

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualised care plans to autistic people within their home environment
• Support individuals with daily activities, appointments, and personal care needs
• Assist service users in accessing and engaging with the local community
• Work collaboratively with a warm and friendly team to provide high-quality support

Requirements

• Must hold a valid manual driving licence
• Experience in residential care or personal care is preferred
• Ability to provide community support and assist with daily living tasks
