Weekend Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site lead for weekend guests, groups, and rentals from Friday through Sunday
• Oversee weekend logistics, including lodging readiness, check-ins, and campus coordination
• Plan, market, and manage the calendar of public workshops, festivals, and special events
• Coordinate external presenters, vendors, and specialty program leaders
• Manage weekend staff by communicating clear expectations, assignments, and priorities
• Handle administrative tasks including registrations, participant communication, and payment processing
• Track program budgets, supply needs, and attendance metrics
• Assist with the recruitment and coordination of volunteers for campus projects and programs

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with consistent attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership skills, sound judgment, and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions during weekend shifts
• Experience in event coordination, hospitality, camp operations, or guest services preferred
• Ability to work a Thursday through Monday schedule
